The Gallery After Dark presents “A Conversation with Rochelle Udell”

On Thursday, May 4, “The Gallery After Dark” presented A Conversation with Rochelle Udell, in conjunction with her 1stdibs Gallery exhibition, “Where Do You Sit in Life?”

After a successful career in the publishing, beauty and fashion industries, Rochelle Udell now creates artwork focusing on subjects that will provoke and inspire the viewer to reflect on the questions and narratives in their lives. Her latest exhibition, “Where Do You Sit in Life?” is on view until June 1, 2017 and explores the chair and why sitting is never just sitting.

“The Gallery After Dark” is an ongoing series of extended shopping hours and exclusive programming. Spend these special Thursdays learning about up-and-coming artists, newly released books, specialty cocktails, delicious food, and of course shopping. This inviting series of design and cultural evenings will have guests eager to explore the expansive 10th floor at the New York Design Center and experience “The Gallery After Dark”.
