The New York Design Center is pleased to welcome Global Views to 200 Lex. On August 13, the new showroom opened its doors on the 6th floor in conjunction with the New York International Gift Fair, bringing hundreds of eager designers, shoppers, and gift shop owners into the NYDC. This is Global Views first corporate showroom in New York.

“When we decided to come to New York, we knew we needed to be at the (New York) Design Center,” said David Gebhart, company President and CEO. “The quality and style of our exclusive designs are complemented by the NYDC environment. We are excited at the opportunities New York provides.”

Global Views, known for fine designs in gifts, decorative accessories, accent tables, rugs, mirrors, lighting, and other large furniture items, values visual merchandising. The showroom will be re-branded every 6 months, which Global Views believes is a vital aspect to their success. The opening at the NYDC embodied the Global Views mantra with a sophisticated and contemporary pop of color—turquoise walls, turquoise salt water taffys, and each member of the Global Views team wearing the bright blue.
